HOW LONG WILL THE INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE TAKE?

The intake questionnaire will take approx. 5-7mins to complete. We cannot fulfil your order until you have completed the intake form so it's best to place your order when you have the time and space to complete this.

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PROGRAM?

Our customised hypnosis programs will be delivered to your inbox within 24-48 hours, please check your spam folder if you haven't received it within that time.

I HAVE PURCHASED A COACHING CALL, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you have purchased a coaching call, you will be sent an email with a booking link to Rachel's calendar, which will allow you to select a time. If you can not find a time that aligns with your timezone, please email hello@highergroundhypnochannel.com

WHAT IF I’M GOING TO BE LATE FOR MY COACHING CALL?

Any late starts greater than 15 minutes will be forfeited and not refunded as you are paying for the time. If you know ahead of time that the time you chose now no longer works you can reschedule. Rescheduling can be done up until 48 hours before your scheduled call and will be based on availability.
