- HOW IT WORKS
Founder of Higher Ground Hypnochannel and Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rachel Crethar, is available for a limited amount of coaching calls per month for people that have signed up for the Emotional Eating Program.
These are 30 minutes in length and specifically for people who benefit from accountability along the way. This is to run alongside your 28-day customised hypnosis program. Some people simply want one call at the start or end of the program, others desire a call every week for accountability and support.
Once you have purchased your coaching call you will be sent an email with access to Rachel's calendar to find a time that works for you and your time zone.
The Higher Ground method is a 4-step process with proven success;
Step 1. Complete the intake questionnaire to help us understand your unique habits and behaviours. It will take approx. 5mins to complete.
Step 2. Within 48hrs you will receive two hypnosis audios. One is a Release hypnosis, and the other is your custom hypnosis audio. Set aside some time alone and listen to the release hypnosis audio.
Step 3. Listen to your custom hypnosis audio daily for the next 28 days. We recommend listening last thing at night, or upon waking when it’s easier to drop into hypnosis.
Step 4. We send you weekly emails and scientifically proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) exercises to support your hypnosis audio.
