Rachel Crethar is the founder of Higher Ground Hypnochannel and a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression therapist, and a Life Between Lives facilitator working with clients all over the world, helping them overcome all kinds of problems including anxiety, emotional eating disorders, skin issues, money blocks, relationship issues and even helping with issues around falling pregnant naturally.

She regularly hosts group workshops and events online and in person across Australia and New Zealand and is driven to help people find a deeper connection with themselves at a soul level, reclaiming their joy, releasing the limiting beliefs holding them back, and visioning for a future beyond the limitations of the conscious mind.

Since becoming a hypnotherapist, Rachel has worked with thousands of binge eaters and emotional eaters and understands there is no “one size fits all” solution. Everyone has unique habits and behaviours and needs a solution that is unique to them, but a personal hypnotherapy appointment or months of therapy isn’t accessible to everyone.
