Despite the incredible results and testimonials from many, hypnosis alone does not always offer a guarantee of success. The client must want change and be open and motivated, sometimes hypnosis is just one part, or the start of the clients journey. The client must be willing to listen to the customised recording every day for at least 28 days and participate in any recommended suggestions. Higher Ground Hypnochannel does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Confidentiality

Following professional codes of ethics, all clients are assured confidentiality about any disclosed material. If Higher Ground Hypnotherapy is concerned for your immediate safety your case will be referred to the most appropriate local resources in your country. Higher Ground Hypnotherapy can however release information to a specified individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; or if you as a client, are in imminent danger to yourself or to others.

You give Rachel Crethar, the creator of Higher Ground Hypnochannel full permission to hypnotise you in the knowledge that you do so at my own risk. 

You understand that if you are epileptic or suffer from a psychotic illness including multiple personality disorder it is not generally recommended that you undergo hypnotherapy, and through purchase you hereby agree that you do not currently suffer from these disorders.
