What happens when you start this program? Let’s break it down.
Step 1. Complete the intake questionnaire to help us understand your unique habits and behaviours. It will take approx. 5mins to complete.
Step 2. Within 48hrs you will receive two hypnosis audios, one Release hypnosis, and the other your custom hypnosis audio. Set aside some time alone and listen to the Release hypnosis first.
Step 3. Listen to your custom hypnosis audio daily for the next 28 days. We recommend listening last thing at night, or upon waking when it's easier to drop into hypnosis.
Step 4. We send you weekly emails with scientifically proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) exercises to support your hypnosis audio.
